Purpose and Objectives:

The role of a Guest Experience Coordinator is to provide exceptional support to our guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. This involves handling guest inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues to enhance the overall guest experience.

Description of Role:

As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for coordinating all arrival and departure activities for VIPs and CIPs. Your primary objective will be to ensure that these guests have an outstanding travel experience. You will work closely with internal teams to coordinate smooth operations and track guest preferences through management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Facilitation: Coordinate all arrival and departure activities for VVIPs, VIPs, and CIPs, ensuring seamless transitions and timely departures.
  • Information Dissemination and Guidance: Provide clear and concise directions to guests, answering queries related to services and facilities.
  • Crisis Management: Assist in managing guest-related incidents during crises by providing calm and informative guidance to guests.
  • Smooth Passenger Movement: Manage the flow of passengers during peak times, special events, and interconnecting flights, ensuring efficient airport operations.
  • Data Reporting and Generation: Collect, analyze, and report on guest feedback and service performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to deliver cohesive and efficient service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality/public relations/luxury service industry. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to build effective relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
