Job Summary
We are seeking an accomplished customer service professional to join our team as a Client Relationship Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, coordinating phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service.
Prioritizing payment follow-ups is crucial in this role. You will also be required to deliver timely quotations, manage orders, and maintain accurate records using Tally ERP 9.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will foster strong relationships with suppliers by coordinating data entry and communication. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will be essential in drafting professional mail letters and ensuring seamless interactions with clients and suppliers.
To succeed in this position, you must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently. If you have experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Manage payment follow-ups, quotations, and order bookings efficiently.
