
Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
As a CRE Manager, you will be responsible for interacting with clients and tenants, maintaining strong public relations, and addressing their needs in a timely and effective manner.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to build strong relationships
- Conduct regular customer feedback surveys and share reports with management
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and contact authorities when necessary
You will work closely with various teams to achieve common goals and objectives. Your ability to think critically and resolve conflicts will be essential in this role.
RequirementsTo succeed in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- A relevant educational background in hospitality or 1-2 years of experience in client-facing roles
- Language Skills:
- Fluency in English and Hindi languages
- Flexibility:
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
- Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of operating computers, mobile applications, and MS Office software
