Job Opportunity: Elevator Industry Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Elevator Industry Growth Specialist.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to promote and sell lift and elevator systems to customers in the elevator industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation, conducting technical assessments of customer needs, and proposing customized lift solutions.

In addition, the ideal candidate will provide product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers, architects, and consultants, prepare detailed proposals, cost estimates, and technical specifications for new projects, negotiate contract terms, and close sales deals in alignment with company pricing strategies.

Furthermore, the selected candidate will follow up on leads, manage customer relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Conduct technical assessments of customer needs and propose customized lift solutions.
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers, architects, and consultants.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, cost estimates, and technical specifications for new projects.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals in alignment with company pricing strategies.
  • Follow up on leads, manage customer relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Ongoing responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, maintaining and updating customer databases, and staying updated on industry trends and competitor products.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • 0-5 years of experience in sales, technical sales, or business development, preferably in the Elevator Industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of lift systems, components, and installation processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and interpret customer requirements and offer customized solutions.
