Senior Automotive Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as the primary point of contact for Component Quality issues at Factory.
- Provides support to the Factory team for Containment Actions to optimize the SPR (Straight Pass Ratio) for Vehicle plant Battery Plant.
- Determines the Problem quantum of the failure with Suppliers / Suppliers QRE.
- Maintains a record of all Containment actions / ICAs closure.
- Presents FTRs for the CAPA parts at Factory effectiveness monitoring.
- Conducts RCA (Root Cause Analysis) with MQA (Manufacturing Quality).
- Collaborates closely with IQC, IPQC, MQA Logistics teams for Component Quality sustenance.
- Analyzes the impact of Change Requests.
About You:
- Possesses knowledge on Component manufacturing processes and Quality, preferably for automotive projects.
- Holds expertise in 8D, 7QC tools, DMAIC, PPAP, and APQP
- Exhibits strong communication skills and analytical skills.
You Bring to This Role:
- Bachelor's degree in Automobile / Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical or equivalent specialization.
- A minimum of 59 years of relevant experience in Supplier Quality / Manufacturing Quality.
- Familiarity with commodities like Casting / Machining/Plastics / Fabrication Electricals Electronics parts.
