Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Seating Design Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit design documents to ensure compliance with quality standards, identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement product testing and validation plans based on customer requirements, ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Conduct thorough checks of design robustness and quality, ensuring that all design documents are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Promote a culture of zero Quality Problem Reports (QPRs) and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) due to design issues, continually striving for improvement and excellence.
  • Ensure seamless design document transfer to production, minimizing delays and ensuring successful project delivery.
Required Candidate Profile:
  • Strong experience in reviewing and verifying design documents before production transfer, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions.

Note: The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. A strong understanding of automotive seating design principles and industry regulations is essential.
