Job Title: Production Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the optimal performance of production equipment by implementing preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Develop and manage effective spare parts inventory systems to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
  • Conduct regular root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance, production, and quality control processes.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in maintenance, production support, or plant engineering.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
