Job Title: Client Engagement Manager

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our client engagement initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in strategic consulting, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve client relationships.
  • Manage global projects, focusing on market analysis, competitor insights, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Supervise local targeting projects, analyzing referral and prescription patterns.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts, including pitch preparation and participation in meetings.
  • Create project materials, meeting agendas, and training content.
  • Identify and prioritize project deliverables, milestones, and tasks.
  • Collaborate with client teams to develop data-driven strategies using our platform.
  • Liaise with internal support teams to ensure project success.
  • Prepare client deliverables, presenting findings to client teams.
  • Develop project plans, launch plans, and client solution sites.
  • Maintain medical integrity and accuracy throughout all projects.
  • Provide strategic support to medical, commercial, and regulatory teams.
  • Manage stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4-10 years of related experience in consulting or client services.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software, project management tools, word processing software, email software, and presentation software.
