We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and configuring applications on the ServiceNow SOM platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop applications on the SOM platform with 5+ years of experience.
  • Configure ServiceNow development for Customer Service Management and Order Management.
  • Utilize JavaScript as an individual contributor with hands-on experience.
  • Apply process understanding of customer service management and order management.
  • Develop good experience in ServiceNow modules and custom applications, including CSM module implementation and development.
  • Implement Service Portal and Content Management development with good experience.
  • Perform web-based Integration SOAP REST and any other type of integration with good experience.
  • Develop good knowledge of Service Request Management and Workflows.
  • Work with CMDB and Active directory LDAP with hands-on experience.
  • Manage Client discussion and Requirement gathering with experience.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in relevant field.
  • Strong background in ServiceNow SOM platform.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
