Enterprise SaaS Sales Growth Role

Affluense is seeking a Founding SDR (Sales Development Representative) who can excel at the intersection of B2B SaaS sales and startup dynamics. This role involves more than just cold outreach; you'll combine sales development skills with a growth-driven mindset, leveraging AI, automation, and innovative strategies to generate qualified enterprise leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and target enterprise prospects in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Cold calling and run multi-channel outreach (calls, email sequences, social).
  • Use AI + automation tools to personalize, scale, and optimize campaigns.
  • Design and test growth hacks to uncover warm leads.
  • Book qualified meetings with enterprise decision-makers.
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy and report on pipeline metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 0–3 years in Sales Development / Business Development within B2B SaaS (Enterprise strongly preferred).
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Lemlist).
  • Comfortable with AI + automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Clay, PhantomBuster).
  • Strong communication skills – able to engage executive-level stakeholders.
  • Growth mindset: creative, resourceful, and comfortable experimenting.
