As a key member of our team, you will drive growth for e-commerce and home services brands in India and the USA. With a proven track record of success, you will be responsible for developing targeted ad copy, creative assets, and funnel structure suggestions that resonate with our audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to develop targeted ad copy and creative assets that meet client objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through clear communication and confidence-building strategies.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to inform data-driven decisions and optimize ad performance.
  • Suggest innovative ad angles, creative variations, promotions, and landing page improvements to boost return on ad spend (ROAS) and conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and updates to ensure our strategy remains competitive.
  • Collaborate closely with our team to achieve target key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

Proven experience managing paid ads campaigns on Facebook and Google for e-commerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.

Minimum of $25,000 in managed ad spend.

At least 2-4 years of performance marketing experience.
