Revenue Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Manager to lead our revenue operations team and drive growth through effective financial management.

The ideal candidate will oversee revenue processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and manage receivables to optimize revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management

Lead and mentor a team of revenue executives, allocate tasks and monitor performance to ensure timely delivery of responsibilities.

Revenue Operations

Oversee revenue recognition in compliance with accounting standards, identify and mitigate revenue leakage through process improvements and audits.

Ensure accurate and timely account management, track and follow up on accounts receivable and coordinate with sales and finance teams to resolve outstanding issues.

Interdepartmental Coordination

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to resolve revenue-related queries, lead discussions to settle distributor claims and ensure proper documentation.

Compliance & Reporting

Prepare and file GSTR-1 and other relevant tax documents, ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.

Sales Analysis & Reporting

Generate and analyze sales summaries to support strategic decisions, provide timely and accurate reports to senior management.

Requirements:

A Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required, along with 5+ years of experience in revenue management or financial operations.

Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and GST compliance is necessary, proficiency in Excel and Tally is also required.

Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in managing distributor claims and reconciliations is desirable, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are also preferred.
