Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Brand Development Manager to spearhead the growth and enhancement of our food brand. This role will involve conceptualizing, executing, and measuring marketing strategies to foster strong consumer connections and drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand positioning and value propositions.
  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, direct-to-consumer, and marketplaces.
  • Manage consumer and market research, track brand health, and generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing teams/agencies to ensure effective brand messaging.
  • Plan and execute below-the-line activations, in-store visibility, and sales enablement tools.
  • Build and maintain a strong brand presence on direct-to-consumer platforms and e-commerce/quick commerce marketplaces.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of experience in brand management/marketing (preferably in foods, personal care, or home care categories).
  • Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Brand Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in building brands on direct-to-consumer and marketplaces, working with agencies/creators, managing campaigns, and handling budgets.
