Visual Branding Specialist

We are seeking a talented and versatile Visual Branding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for shaping and maintaining our company's visual identity across all digital platforms.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of branding principles and be able to translate marketing objectives into captivating and consistent visual designs. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to develop visual strategies for campaigns, product launches, and evergreen content.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and create high-volume social media content, including static images, carousels, infographics, GIFs, and video snippets, for all our social media channels.
  • Collaborate with the social media and content marketing teams to develop visual strategies for campaigns, product launches, and evergreen content.
  • Maintain an organized asset library for all social media visuals.
  • Design and create a cohesive set of custom icons for our corporate websites, web applications, and digital products.
  • Ensure all icons are intuitive, scalable, and pixel-perfect, adhering to modern UI/UX principles.
  • Work with UI/UX designers and web developers to ensure seamless integration and proper application of icons and other graphical elements.
  • Act as a key guardian of the brand, ensuring visual consistency and integrity across all internal and external materials worldwide.
  • Maintain, update, and evangelize the company's brand guidelines, serving as the go-to resource for branding questions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • A strong and diverse online portfolio showcasing work in social media design, icon design, and branding.
  • Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Demonstrable experience in designing for various social media platforms and a strong understanding of their unique requirements.
  • Impeccable understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and receive constructive feedback.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
