We're seeking an expert Visual Design Specialist to establish a cohesive brand identity and ensure our website and digital presence reflect our expertise and professionalism.

You'll collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to translate complex technical offerings into clear, visually compelling assets.

  • Develop visually appealing website designs and maintain them for optimal user experience.
  • Design, update, and optimize our website for usability, clarity, and lead conversion.
  • Ensure responsive and accessible design across devices.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Design & Maintenance
  1. Design and implement visually stunning and engaging website templates.
  2. Develop and refine Objectways' visual identity (color palette, typography, templates, iconography).
  3. Apply branding consistently across various platforms, including decks, one-pagers, social media, and digital campaigns.
Creative Assets
  1. Develop compelling presentations, infographics, case study layouts, and event materials.
  2. Support marketing campaigns with on-brand visuals for email and industry events.
Collaboration
  1. Work closely with sales/BDR team on outreach materials.
  2. Partner with operations to design internal dashboards, visuals, and reports when needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven portfolio in web design and brand development.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Understanding of B2B branding, ideally in tech, SaaS, or AI sectors.
  • Ability to translate technical content into clear visuals.
  • Experience in responsive website design (WordPress, Webflow, or equivalent CMS a plus).
  • Strong eye for detail and consistency.

Nice to Have:

  • Motion graphics or short video editing skills.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML, SaaS, or enterprise software industries.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for tweaking web elements.
