Lead Visual Designer

We are seeking a skilled visual designer to drive our brand's creative vision and execution.

In this role, you will define the design language, build brand guidelines, and lead a small team of designers while staying hands-on with high-quality work.

You will be responsible for creating and overseeing social media campaigns, emailers, presentations, and marketing materials that strengthen our brand presence and deliver business impact.

Working closely with the marketing team, you will ensure consistent, compelling storytelling across all channels, while driving innovation and setting new creative benchmarks for our brand.

  • Define the Brand's Visual Identity: Ensure consistency across all channels and create a cohesive visual language for our brand.
  • Lead and Mentor a Creative Team: Lead a team of designers, writers, and video editors to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Design and Oversee Social Media Creatives: Develop and oversee social media content, emailers, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Content Teams: Work with marketing and content teams to create storytelling-driven campaigns that drive results.
  • Streamline Creative Processes: Build and streamline creative processes and workflows for efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Stay Ahead of Design Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools to bring innovation to campaigns.
  • Balance Hands-On Design Work with Strategic Leadership: Balance hands-on design work with strategic leadership to ensure world-class execution.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 5-8 Years of Relevant Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in a creative field.
  • Complete Knowledge of Software and Tools: Complete knowledge and understanding of relevant software and tools.
  • Understanding of Branding and Typography: Understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.
  • Strong Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
  • Basis Motion Graphics Skills: Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects is a plus).
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail and Creativity: Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative Storyteller: A creative storyteller with high emotional intelligence.
