Visual Storyteller & Creative Strategist

We're seeking an innovative Graphic Designer to ideate, create and post visual content across social platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of Instagram and other key social media channels.

  • A keen eye for visual aesthetics and experience in styling for stills and video are essential.
  • Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to visualize concepts from idea to final post, will help drive success.

This is a unique opportunity for a self-motivated individual to run projects independently without direct supervision. The ideal candidate has:

  • A passion for the lifestyle space, particularly creating relatable content for women.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ideate, create and post visual content across social platforms.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Instagram and other key social media channels.
  • Stay ahead of trending and topical themes to craft compelling narratives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Manage the social media presence for our brands.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry-leading software and technologies, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and design tools for web (e.g., Sketch, Figma).

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive and able to adapt to changing priorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and design tools for web.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to visualize concepts from idea to final post.
  • A keen eye for visual aesthetics and experience in styling for stills and video.
  • Passion for the lifestyle space, particularly creating relatable content for women.
