Key Responsibilities

  • We develop, maintain and monitor project reports, planning, scheduling and cost details for multiple assigned projects.
  • Coordination with project stakeholders involves conducting site visits to verify progress and identify critical or risk issues.
  • We proactively support and manage the project plan and team, adhering to project timing and best practices to meet operational goals and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Billing and payment processes are executed as per terms and conditions.
  • We ensure client satisfaction through handing over completed projects.
  • We allocate, monitor and close snags/observation points shared by clients within DLP periods and follow up on retention amounts.
  • New project site visits and photographic reports are prepared and submitted to the tender team.
  • Project planning, scheduling, monitoring and billing are key responsibilities.
  • Cost management is essential in this role.
  • Vendor management is also a crucial aspect.
  • Timely client bill raising is done as per terms and conditions.
  • We prepare cash flow for each project.
  • Frequent follow-ups on client payments are conducted.
  • Weekly meeting reports are presented.
  • A professional relationship is established and maintained with contractors and clients.
  • Works are allocated to subcontractors and monitored.
  • Project audits versus actual reconciliations are performed regularly.
