Job Title: Program Director

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Director to lead strategic projects within our production unit.

  • Manage all production-related projects, including operations, quality, compliance, logistics, maintenance, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate relationships with external vendors, contract manufacturers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and alignment with project objectives.
  • Serve as liaison between teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, effective communication, and timely updates.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules; manage resources, identify dependencies, and monitor timelines.
  • Monitor project budgets, track costs, and optimize resources without compromising quality or compliance.
  • Evaluate project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve challenges proactively and constructively.
  • Create, revise, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including progress, productivity, and quality metrics.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with GMP, FDA, HACCP, and FSSC 22000 standards in collaboration with QA/QC teams.
  • Utilize project management tools to organize tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor overall project flow.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and leadership teams to align goals and ensure seamless execution.

  • This is a key position that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or science.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as ClickUp or Asana.
