Job Title: Technical Program Manager

As a technical program manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of projects. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate resources and vendors to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource allocation and availability.
  • Develop detailed project schedules to track progress.
  • Use verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Basecamp or Trello).
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, especially Scrum/Kanban-based execution.
  • Proficient in Jira.
  • Ensure consistent delivery quality across all streams of work.
Requirements:
  • Great educational background, preferably in computer science or engineering for technical program managers.
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
  • PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus.
