Job Title: Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead our projects to successful completion.

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the project timeline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design discrepancies and foresee potential execution risks.
  • Validate and review work orders, bill of quantities (BOQs), and drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain detailed project execution schedules, highlighting interdependencies between tasks.
  • Audit site work through regular on-site inspections and remote monitoring, ensuring quality control measures are in place.
  • Provide technical inputs and instructions to Site Supervisors and Project Executives.
  • Maintain timely site updates for customers, keeping them informed of project progress.
  • Act as a liaison between designers and customers during project execution.
  • Update project trackers and summaries, sharing weekly progress reports with stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to identify performance bottlenecks, devise corrective solutions, and implement them end-to-end.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience by serving as the quality custodian for your projects.
  • Work with internal functions on key initiatives such as SOPs, pricing, and new initiatives.
  • Develop vendor relationships and address vendor concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Hold a management graduate degree or a construction management degree from a reputable institution.
  • Possess strong project management, engineering, or architecture background with 6+ years of experience.
  • Have a deep appreciation and understanding of site execution for home renovations.
  • Be able to assess design feasibility, visualize on-site conditions, and foresee potential execution risks.
  • Exhibit process-driven project management skills with quick problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be proactive and capable of prioritizing work.
  • Display high levels of ownership and learning aptitude.
  • Previous experience in project management or operations is essential for this role.
  • Preferably have worked with operation-focused startups.
  • Be comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets and possess strong data analysis skills.
