Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive growth and improve operational efficiency across our business line, focusing on collections of payments from drivers.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with leadership to define and execute business strategy and objectives, driving long-term planning, annual goal-setting, and strategic business reviews.
  • Own end-to-end program management for high-impact cross-functional initiatives that analyze internal processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
  • Develop and implement strategic operational plans, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy/consulting/operations management, preferably in startups, automotive, logistics, or energy sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing franchisee relationships and multi-site operations, with strong leadership and team management skills.
