About the Role

This position plays a pivotal role in our digital marketing strategy, focusing on paid campaigns across multiple platforms.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns to achieve set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Google Analytics and Ads Manager, and an understanding of e-commerce funnels, retargeting, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid marketing strategies across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging ad creatives, copy, and A/B tests that align with our brand voice and aesthetics.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other relevant tools.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience running Meta & Google Ads (preferably for D2C/e-commerce brands).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
