We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Associate in our Indore, India office. As a key member of the Management Accounts department, you will be responsible for delivering multiple finance and accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver multiple finance and accounting processes including Payments and Disbursements, General ledger and sub-ledger accounting, A/R and A/P management, Annual Financial Statement, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual accounting and clients reporting.
  • Escalate issues to leaders timely and adhere to delivery service requests with 100% client SLA as agreed upon.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong Communication, Good Presentation skills & Customer Focus.
  • Ability to understand and interpret legal/regulatory concepts.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated individual, able to work independently.
  • Solution oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Preference given to candidates with KPO/BPO background.
  • Chartered Accountant with experience ranging from 3 -6 years of clearing CA Intermediate both groups.
  • Knowledge of IFRS an added advantage.
