Technical Services Professional

We're seeking a skilled individual to manage post-launch operations for a portfolio of customers.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles and be able to work effectively with internal teams, including Delivery Management, Customer Success, and Engineering.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing post-launch operations for a portfolio of customers
  • Ensuring successful lifecycle of customer escalations
  • Leading customer bridges around defects
  • Working with internal and external teams to triage and prioritize bugs
  • Enhancing existing process documentation

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Verbal and written English fluency
  • 2-4 years of enterprise customer-facing experience
  • Self-starter mentality (able to find problems and fix them)
  • Comfort with ambiguity
  • Technical experience, specifically with monitoring and logging tools

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ai software experience
  • Managing defect life cycles in a saas environment
  • Testing functionality in an agile environment
