About the Role:

  • Drive cross-functional and cross-product initiatives to develop cutting-edge conversational AI products.
  • Enable scalable growth, reduce product debt, and boost velocity and team alignment.
  • Lead project timelines, manage resources, and ensure deliverables meet high quality standards.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver scalable conversational bots, data capabilities, and advanced analytics pipelines.
  • Play a vital role in data management and achieve key certifications such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with our vision and goals.
  2. Communicate product strategy, progress, and impact to internal teams.
  3. Facilitate project planning sessions to identify scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  4. Coordinate resources for flawless project execution and timely delivery.
  5. Manage project scope, schedules, and costs while adapting to evolving priorities.
  6. Track and report on project performance using relevant tools and metrics.
  7. Ensure release readiness by working across teams to support product launches.
  8. Act as a bridge between engineering and product teams and external clients.
  9. Manage stakeholder relationships and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
  10. Conduct risk assessments and manage mitigation plans.
  11. Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
  12. Perform data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  13. Create and maintain detailed project documentation and reporting.
  14. Manage audit engagements and ensure compliance with key security standards.
