Job Description

As a key member of our AI product team, you will manage the full lifecycle of projects for different AI products within our portfolio using Agile methodologies.

You will ensure timely and within-budget delivery of these projects by collaborating closely with engineering teams to understand technical issues, contribute to solution design, and ensure effective implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing project progress, identifying and managing risks, and providing clear and concise status reports to stakeholders.
  2. Developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
  3. Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on analytics and AI-related projects.
  • Proven experience working within an Agile development environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW), or any IT service ticket management system, including queue management and issue resolution.
