Financial Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled financial analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in investment banking and be able to provide high-quality research, analysis, and client support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed research including industry research, transactions analysis, company and investor profile
  • Actively participate in identifying, sourcing and reaching out to potential leads
  • Support the execution of transactions across various sectors
  • Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches and other presentations
  • Assist in building business plans and financial projections using multiple methodologies
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and execute solutions to meet client needs
  • Build relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients and investors

Required Skills:

  • 2 years of investment banking experience
  • Strong track record of fundraising transaction experience, particularly in startups and VC domains
  • Ability to understand dynamics of various sectors, including value chain, strategy and key performance indicators
  • Strong skills in presentations, report writing, financial analysis and data management
  • Able to manage variety of transactions and projects simultaneously
  • Critical thinker who can quickly evaluate and analyze companies and financial information
  • Able to conduct comprehensive research, database searches and synthesize results
  • Resourceful self-starter, able to work autonomously and as a team player
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of various databases
