About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated
Senior Consultant (Qualified CA)
to join our team. The role demands strong analytical ability, leadership, and a consultative mindset to support clients with financial, taxation, and strategic advisory solutions. You will be responsible for managing client engagements, delivering high-quality advisory services, and guiding junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagements across taxation, audit, compliance, and financial advisory.
  • Provide end-to-end consulting on
    Direct & Indirect Taxation, Corporate Finance, Risk Management, and Business Restructuring
    .
  • Review and finalize financial statements, MIS reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Advise clients on
    strategic decision-making, cost optimization, and growth planning
    .
  • Ensure regulatory compliance under Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, and other applicable laws.
  • Handle complex accounting issues and provide practical solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
  • Mentor and review work of junior consultants and associates.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS), IFRS, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Expertise in
    Taxation, Corporate Law, Audit, and Compliance
    .
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as lead a team.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a consultative approach.
