Job Title: Senior Consultant Finance & Advisory

Location: Delhi

Experience Required: 1-4 years post-qualification

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Consultant (Qualified CA) to join our team. The role demands strong analytical ability, leadership, and a consultative mindset to support clients with financial, taxation, and strategic advisory solutions. You will be responsible for managing client engagements, delivering high-quality advisory services, and guiding junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead client engagements across taxation, audit, compliance, and financial advisory.
- Provide end-to-end consulting on Direct & Indirect Taxation, Corporate Finance, Risk Management, and Business Restructuring.
- Review and finalize financial statements, MIS reports, and compliance documentation.
- Advise clients on strategic decision-making, cost optimization, and growth planning.
- Ensure regulatory compliance under Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, and other applicable laws.
- Handle complex accounting issues and provide practical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Mentor and review work of junior consultants and associates.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS), IFRS, and regulatory frameworks.
- Expertise in Taxation, Corporate Law, Audit, and Compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as lead a team.
- Problem-solving mindset with a consultative approach.
