Backend Developer – AI Services

As a key member of the founding team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and building backend services for AI-driven applications. This is an exceptional opportunity to build APIs, data pipelines, and infrastructure that integrate with modern AI workflows.
Working in this dynamic environment, you can expect steep learning curves, rapid iteration, and visible impact from your work. You will have the chance to tackle complex projects and contribute to architectural design for scalable, multi-agent AI applications.
The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in TypeScript or JavaScript and at least one backend language such as Node.js, Go, Rust, or Python. Additional experience in API development, databases, distributed applications, Docker, Git, command-line workflows, CI/CD, and DevOps practices will also be beneficial.
Key responsibilities include building and refining gRPC or REST APIs, connecting backend services to LLM-based workflows and multi-agent systems, designing schemas and pipelines for structured data storage and retrieval, containerizing and deploying services using Docker and related tooling, setting up CI/CD pipelines, and contributing to DevOps workflows for backend and evaluation systems.
