We are looking for an Expert Backend Developer with proven expertise in n8n and agentic workflow automation. The role involves building scalable backend systems, designing automation pipelines, and creating AI-powered agentic workflows that can orchestrate tasks across APIs, databases, and third-party services.

You will work closely with our product and AI engineering teams to develop automation layers, integrate multiple services, and ensure our systems are reliable, efficient, and future-proof.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs.
  • Create agentic workflows that orchestrate multiple AI agents, tools, and APIs using n8n (and potentially similar platforms).
  • Build integrations between internal systems, external APIs, and third-party services.
  • Optimize workflows for scalability, security, and performance.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to embed intelligence into automated pipelines.
  • Implement best practices for monitoring, logging, and error handling in automation systems.
  • Continuously research and adopt new tools/approaches in workflow automation and backend development.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong expertise in backend development (Node.js / Python / TypeScript preferred).
  • Deep experience with n8n (building, deploying, and scaling workflows).
  • Proven ability to design and implement agentic workflows (multi-step, decision-based, AI-powered automation flows).
  • Experience integrating APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and external services.
  • Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Knowledge of authentication standards (OAuth2, JWT, API keys).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with LangChain, AutoGPT, or other agent frameworks.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to event-driven systems and microservices.
  • Hands-on experience in AI product integration (LLMs, embeddings, vector DBs).
