Key Role in AI-Driven Digital Products

We are seeking a talented and experienced backend developer to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in designing and building cutting-edge digital products that demand clean, quality code, innovative solutions, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Develop and maintain robust backend services using Node.js and Python programming languages.
  • Design and implement scalable APIs and database schemas using PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.
  • Ensure high-quality, modular, and testable code with proper version control and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, frontend, and DevOps to deliver production-ready features.
  • Optimize system performance and troubleshoot production issues effectively.
  • Contribute to architecture design, infrastructure planning, and code reviews.
  • Maintain technical documentation and follow best development practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in backend development, particularly with Node.js and MongoDB.
  • A strong understanding of RESTful APIs (GraphQL is an added advantage).
  • Experience with AWS cloud services is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker) is essential.
  • Proven experience in production-level projects and agile team environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ownership of code and systems.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to thrive in a cross-functional, collaborative setting.
