Role Overview :


As a Backend Python Developer, you will be responsible for building robust and scalable backend systems that power our AI-driven applications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Frontend Developers to deliver end-to-end features, APIs, and tools that leverage Generative AI models in Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and maintain robust, secure, and scalable backend services and APIs using Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask).

- Integrate and support Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, DALLE, Stable Diffusion, Llama, Claude) through APIs or direct implementation.

- Work with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to operationalize AI models, manage prompts, inference pipelines, and embeddings.

- Build and manage microservices and data pipelines for real-time and batch processing.

- Optimize application performance and scalability, ensuring system reliability and responsiveness.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines, testing suites, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning.

- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate business requirements into technical Technical Skills :


- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in building RESTful APIs Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

- Experience working with Generative AI models via APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers, Replicate, etc.).

- Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering basics, and fine-tuning workflows is a plus.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for hosting and scaling backend and AI services.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and other container orchestration tools.

- Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.

- Familiarity with asynchronous programming and message queues (e.g., Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka).

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and Agile development to Have :


- Exposure to LangChain, Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, ChromaDB).

- Experience integrating with LLM orchestration frameworks.

- Knowledge of MLOps practices and deploying AI/ML models to production.

- Understanding of security best practices and compliance for backend systems and AI :


- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong problem-solving ability and excellent communication skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
