Job Title: Proposal Content Developer">

We are seeking a skilled Proposal Content Developer to join our team. As a Proposal Content Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality content for proposals in support of US federal opportunities.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have strong writing and editing skills, with experience in developing compliant and compelling proposal content. You will work collaboratively with capture teams, SMEs, and leadership to produce winning proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret federal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders to develop tailored content.
  • Write and edit proposal content that is clear, persuasive, and compliant with federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with capture managers, business development, and technical experts to gather inputs and ensure seamless proposal development.
  • Manage the proposal development lifecycle, including reviews, deadlines, and final submission.
  • Maintain a library of past performance, resumes, and reusable proposal content.
  • Proofread, format, and standardize documents for consistency and compliance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience writing proposals for US federal government contracts.
  • Strong understanding of the federal acquisition process (FAR/DFAR).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • US citizenship or work authorization required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • APMP certification or Shipley methodology training.
  • Experience supporting proposals across multiple industries (IT, staffing, healthcare, logistics, professional services, etc.).
  • Familiarity with proposal tools (Loopio, RFPIO, etc.).
