Business Operations Manager

Job Description:

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare comprehensive financial plans, bottom-up budgets for business units (BU's), revenue and margin walk for budget finalization, P&L Forecast for Corporate submission.

BAU Activities:

  • Track renewals and compliance to client contracts, analyze monthly revenue Pipeline, support month/quarter end activities including provisioning and cost analysis, head count and seat analysis, track margins actual vs deal pricing.
  • Analyze BU P&L, variation and KPIs for discussion with Operation leaders, discuss monthly P&L with operations through Oracle Business Intelligence too, adherence to financial policies/IFRS and guiding business on policies/IFRS.
  • Interact with operation/sales/finance sub-functional teams in BAU activities, work on IFRS accounting related to Transition and RAR, work on automation projects driven across finance functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
