Corporate Advisory Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Advisor to provide strategic financial leadership to client businesses. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving sustainable growth by leveraging your expertise in financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory matters.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver strategic financial oversight and direction to client businesses, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Advise on key financial initiatives, including greenfield projects capital deployment, and conduct in-depth evaluations of business profitability and margin optimization.
  • Enhance financial reporting standards, ensuring compliance with Ind AS, regulatory requirements, and industry benchmarks.
  • Assist clients in designing and executing succession strategies, ensuring long-term business continuity.
  • Provide advisory services on statutory matters, including accounting standards, corporate disclosures, and audit readiness.
  • Offer integrated advice on direct and indirect taxation, FEMA, and Companies Act compliance tailored to client operations.
  • Coordinate with clients' internal compliance teams and external advisors/auditors to provide guidance and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Draft, review, and vet legal documents, including term sheets, Share Subscription and Shareholders' Agreements, and Operating Agreements.
Requirements:
  • A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-2 years post-qualification experience in a similar profile, including articleship experience in audit and taxation.
  • Experience in managing clients with a turnover exceeding Rs. 200 crores in the manufacturing sector.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
