Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Operations Vice President to join our team. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our clients, driving process improvements, and fostering a high-performing culture.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations management, with a strong background in accounting or finance. They will possess excellent leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a deep understanding of QSR accounting principles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in any field, along with a diploma/degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 15 years of hands-on experience in operations management, with over 10 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in accounting software, automation tools, and data-driven decision making.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
