Job Title: Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant

About This Role

This role involves working as a Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant, with a focus on integrating ADP or other systems. You will be responsible for assessing the technical feasibility of projects against business requirements and assisting in defining the technical design document.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Work as a Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant, integrating ADP or other systems (BIP Reports)
  2. Assess the technical feasibility against business requirements and assist in defining the technical design document
  3. Collaborate with the functional team to build prototypes
  4. Develop code packages and migrate them to different environments
  5. Create HSDL-based Spreadsheet loaders
  6. Use OBTI to create analysis reports of simple to medium complexity
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Payroll elements, fast formulas, and costing setup
  • Payroll flows, checklists, and payroll processing
  • Understanding of payroll tables, pay run results, and balance initialization
  • Writing fast formulas for calculations, validations, and element configurations
  • HCM Data loader, HDL, HCM spreadsheet data loader, HSDL
