Expert Data Analyst Sought

We're on the hunt for a highly skilled Data Analyst to drive informed decision-making across our organization. With expertise in data visualization, statistical modeling, and machine learning, you'll distill complex insights into actionable recommendations that inform business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Intelligence: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical models to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and optimize business processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Cloud Integration: Leverage cloud-based technologies to integrate data sources, ensure scalability, and monitor system performance.
  • Insight Communication: Craft compelling narratives to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with advancements in data science, machine learning, and business analytics.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on business intelligence and data visualization.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL (advanced queries), Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), data warehousing, and big data processing.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (XGBoost, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and A/B testing methodologies.
