Job Title: Operation & Network Executive

We are seeking a skilled Operations & Network Executive to fill this key position. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of day-to-day operational activities, ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders to deliver reliable and timely services.

  • Locate and interact with private ambulance operators in identified cities to expand our network.
  • Train ambulance owners and their staff to utilize our mobile App for efficient ambulance trips.
  • Interact with the call center for regular ambulance trips and provide timely assistance.
  • Monitor the payment status of ambulance operators and users, ensuring prompt follow-up on any outstanding payments.
  • Assist the call center in negotiating rates with ambulance operators for various types of trips or events, fostering effective partnerships.
  • Oversee the progress of critical trips, particularly outstation trips, and ensure prompt resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Interface with Users, Call Center, Ambulance Owner/Staff for any issues, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Escalate any issues beyond your control to senior management in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Adaptability to dynamic environments and startup culture.
  • Availability on WhatsApp and calls during business hours, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Must have own laptop, ensuring flexibility and productivity.
  • Multilingual, preferably fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil, facilitating effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
