Job Title: Relationship Manager
Overview:
The primary goal of this role is to drive sales of life insurance business through bank customers at branches across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive wallet share in allocated bank branches with a focus on product mix.
- Achieve pre-set business targets on ANP, case count, active branch, and various KPIs for designated branches.
- Work jointly with the Branch Manager to develop a Business Implementation plan.
- Drive and motivate branch staff along with Bank RM to provide support for logging in applications sourced.
- Tap into the right database of the branch to ensure authentic documentation.
- Build relationships with the Bank Sales/operations team to ensure business targets and productivity targets of allocated branches are met effectively.
- Prospect and meet customers within and outside the Branch as required.
- Develop, agree, and implement short-term and long-term plans to achieve sales targets.
- Achieve branch RM activation targets.
- Work collectively with Bank Sales/operations team and conduct joint sales calls to achieve business numbers.
- Seek commitment from partners towards achieving business objectives.
