Strategic HR Leader Position

About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned and visionary human resources expert to oversee all aspects of human resource management in a fast-paced logistics environment.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Leverage recruitment expertise to design and implement strategic staffing plans for warehouse staff and logistics personnel.
  • Collaborate with operations managers to develop proactive workforce forecasting models.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring seamless integration into the team.
  • Provide empathetic and professional support to employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and productive work culture that drives employee engagement and retention.
  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and reducing turnover.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies through meticulous record-keeping and adherence to industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation, facilitating efficient HR processes.
  • Investigate and conduct disciplinary procedures when necessary, upholding fairness and consistency throughout the process.
  • Oversee timekeeping, attendance, and payroll coordination to ensure seamless financial management.
  • Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism) and report trends to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, driving efficiency and effectiveness within the HR department.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, candidates should possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of human resources principles and practices. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
