- HRIS Leadership: Provide leadership in HRIS data management, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry, and overseeing changes.
- Talent Acquisition Support and Expertise: Offer advanced support to the Talent Recruiting Team, taking on complex requisitions, and improving the talent acquisition process.
- Organization Structure Enhancement: Lead efforts in maintaining and enhancing the organization's structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions.
- HR Policy Guidance: Serve as a go-to resource for HR policy guidance and interpretation, enforcing policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Handle complex employee relations issues, disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or Economics and 5 years of progressive experience in human resources. Proficiency in recruitment experience, HRIS, and relevant labor laws is preferred.
