Lead Pre-Primary Educator

As a seasoned educational leader, you will oversee the instructional programs of our Pre-Primary school. Your primary objective is to ensure academic excellence by supervising and leading a team of dedicated professionals.

  • Evaluate lesson plans and provide constructive feedback to instructors.
  • Observe classes regularly to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for growth.

To achieve this goal, you will be responsible for:

Academic Leadership

Developing and implementing comprehensive lesson plans aligned with research-based best practices.

Collaborating with teachers to foster a positive learning environment that promotes creativity and collaboration among students.

Staying updated on the latest developments in child growth and development, as well as educational methodologies.

Community Connect

Fostering strong relationships between parents and teachers through regular Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and one-on-one consultations.

Communication Processes

Ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders, including students, teachers, and parents, to keep them informed and engaged.

Student Focus

Prioritizing the academic, emotional, and social needs of students through individualized support and workshops tailored to their needs.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Master's degree in English, Science, or Social Sciences.
  • A recognized teaching certification (B Ed/M Ed).
  • Proficiency in technology and language.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience

We welcome candidates with experience working with the CBSE board, but other boards are also considered. Familiarity with the following areas is essential:

  • Teaching methodologies.
  • Remediation planning.
  • Differential learning.
  • Curriculum review and planning.
