Research Analyst

As a Research Analyst, you'll work closely with the Fund Manager to evaluate businesses across sectors and market caps, not in a silo. You'll build financial models, test scenarios, and interpret macroeconomic cycles, connecting insights across industries to identify opportunities and risks. Your research won't sit on a shelf - it will feed directly into investment calls and portfolio construction.

What we're looking for:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Equity Research
  • Strong grasp of equity markets, business cycles, and fundamentals (financial modeling, valuation, strategy research).
  • Excellent communication skills: able to write, present, and debate ideas under pressure.
  • Attention to detail, intellectual honesty, and the highest ethical integrity.
  • CA or MBA is an advantage but not mandatory.
