Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

This role involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources to build dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources including CRM systems, event registrations, sponsor reports, and feedback forms.
  • Develop data-driven solutions using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
  • Work closely with leadership, content, and sales teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Identify patterns in leader participation, content virality, and market trends to support business strategy.
  • Experiment with predictive models for leader turnout, sponsorship success, and community growth.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in B2B, SaaS, events, or community businesses.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools.
  • The ability to translate raw data into simple, visual insights.
