Responsibilities Include:

  • Perform daily & weekly reporting activities
  • Proficient in writing & creating customized emails
  • Perform cross-functional tasks
  • Handle data collection, sorting, and verification
  • Create meeting minutes
  • Regularly follow up with clients over calls
  • Actively follow senior instructions
  • Organize and prioritize tasks
  • Regularly follow up with customers over calls for collections and invoice tracking

Requirements:

  • Prior experience of 2-3 months internship in sales/business development/client relations/post-sales.
  • Experience and knowledge of B2B Saas-based industry
  • Availability to work 9 hours a day for 6 days a week, starting from 10 am onwards
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Knowledge of various tools and data collection
