About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee end-to-end project execution, delivery, and team performance. This role involves managing scope, timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction and team growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery with a focus on timely outcomes and quality standards.
  • Manage project scope, timeline, and resource allocation for assigned projects.
  • Develop proposals, review estimates, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Mentor team members, identify skill gaps, and plan training initiatives.
  • Establish strong governance and structured project reporting mechanisms.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and relationship management.
  • Promote and implement mature processes, quality practices, and change management plans.
  • Evaluate and adopt tools, methods, and policies to improve project delivery efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 8-18 years of experience in project management with proven expertise.
  • Strong scope and customer relationship management skills.
  • Experience with PLM platforms, preferably 3DEXPERIENCE/ARAS.
  • Leadership in people management, retention strategies, and process implementation.
  • Proficiency in business development and account management.

  • PLM functional knowledge and familiarity with industry platforms.
  • Change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
