- Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Project System (PS), leveraging expertise to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team, ensuring accountability for outcomes and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to key organizational decisions, driving business growth and innovation.
- Provide effective solutions to complex problems within the immediate team and across multiple teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Facilitate training and skill development opportunities for team members, empowering them to excel in their roles.
- Oversee and monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and exceeding stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure application design, configuration, and development meet organizational standards and business objectives, delivering value-added solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in SAP Project System (PS) with a minimum of 7.5 years of hands-on experience, demonstrating in-depth knowledge and proficiency.
- Proven experience in application design, build, and configuration, showcasing ability to deliver complex solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
